Services During Covid-19 Pandemic
Our offices are open but in order to protect our staff and clients we have some restrictions in place.
We ask that our clients only attend appointments if:
They are not unwell
They are not aware of any risk that they have had close contact with someone with Covid 19
They are comfortable themselves having considered their own circumstances and health that it is appropriate for them to attend
They are willing to strictly adhere to our protocols in relation to hand sanitizing, social distancing and keeping appointments as short as reasonably possible.
If you have been given an appointment please phone us when you arrive in the car park to check that we are ready for you. At present we are only arranging for only one consultation at a time and are allowing time to wipe down the surfaces in the consultation room between clients. If the previous appointment has not finished on time we may need to ask you to wait in your car for a brief period and appreciate your patience in relation to this. We also ask that you bring you own pen.
Deliveries: If you are making a delivery please ring the bell and someone will come to the door to take the delivery. If we are dealing with a call if may take a few minutes for us to come out but we will be with you as soon as we can.
Phone Calls: If we are dealing with a call your call may go to voicemail. If this happens please either leave a message or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org . Messages are being checked regularly and passed on the relevant person to deal with.
